2025 MB Elite Information

The Marmonte Beach League Elite series is a new tier of play that started last year, offered to the top players in the league. The MB Elite series is separate from the regular season tournaments and playoffs, and will not interfere with any of those events.   

The Elite series is a similar concept to an All-Star team, where the coaches will invite the prospective top players in the league to a tryout.  From there, the top 32 individual players will be selected to compete in the Elite series, with a possible list of alternates to be named as well.

These 32 players will then have a one-day, three-hour clinic to prepare themselves for the Elite competition.  Followed by two other Elite tournaments, where players will compete individually in King-of-The-Beach style tournaments, with a variety of players.  This allows these Elite players to get an opportunity to compete with and against the best players in the league, while pushing themselves and improving their skills.

August 4th - MB Elite tryouts                      (9:00-11:00am)

August 6th - MB Elite clinic​                       (9:00am-12:00pm)

August 9th - MB Elite Tourney #1                    (8:00am start)

October 4th - MB Elite Tourney #2                 (8:00am, at Zuma Beach, 7:20am check-in)​
